Citizenship educational and legal services

Through our New Americans Initiative, SOAR Immigration Legal Services offers citizenship educational and legal services. Since 2010, we have assisted over 4,000 immigrants from over 80 different countries with becoming US Citizens through this project. SOAR is an affiliate of the New Americans Campaign.

SOAR Legal provides these services at our offices in northeast Portland and Hillsboro. We also host legal clinics and citizenship classes at locations throughout the Portland metro area and beyond. For more information, contact Olga Strizhova at [email protected].
