BECOME A CLIENT
If you qualify for one of our grant funded projects (Afghan Project, Cuban-Haitian Assistance Project, New Americans Initiative, Ukrainian Project), we provide free and low-cost legal services for eligible individuals. Contact our specific project coordinators to learn more (view staff list).
For our general legal program, we offer $50 consultations each week in both locations. To schedule an appointment for a new consultation, visit or email one of our offices.
Please note: If there is inclement weather, SOAR Legal offices follows the Portland Public Schools (“PPS”) schedule. If PPS is closed, SOAR Legal offices will be closed. If PPS has a two-hour delay, SOAR Legal offices will open at 10:30 a.m. Please be sure to check the school closure schedule before traveling to our office. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
