Resources for Ukrainian Refugee Arrivals
Following the invasion of Ukraine in spring of 2022, SOAR Immigration Legal Services began offering weekly informational sessions (view those sessions below) and free consultation days for Ukrainian nationals.
Beginning in June 2023, funding from the Oregon Department of Human Services allowed SOAR Legal to expand services to include statewide outreach, legal education, employment authorization documents and adjustment of status.
